The closest airport to the hot springs is Kimberley, and it takes roughly 5 hours to drive there. The closest train station is also in Kimberley, and that will be about 3 hours away by car. The only bus service available goes through Springbok, which means you would need to catch a taxi or hitchhike into Riemvasmaak from there.
To get here from Cape Town, head north on N2 towards Port Elizabeth then take an exit onto R43 East towards Upington/Richtersveld Transfrontier Park/Prieska for about 300 km until you reach the intersection with R410 (signposted Taung). Turn left onto this road and follow it for another 100 km until you reach your destination.
